Ard elkheir farm in the village of Arab motair at Abnoub Center in Assiut area consists of  ​​300 acres of which 200 acres dedicated to the cultivation of fodder and 100 acres dedicated to livestock production

Assiut Farm is about 360 km away from Cairo, it has been received and completely refurbished in 2010 and employs 200 personnel including doctors, engineers, agronomists, administrators and workers, of whom some are residents in the farm

Assiut Farm can accommodate up to 30 thousand head annually which vary between milk Buffalo and Italian inoculated buffalo and calves from cows and buffaloes, the latest means of occupational safety for employees are applied, in addition to the use of the latest equipment in nutrition, ventilation and humidification, as well as ongoing veterinary care. An Appendix to the farm includes a milking with 40 milking points and is working semi-automatic to maintain the highest degree of purity and cleanliness of the dairy, where daily production of milk up to about 3 tons are supplied to major dairy companies such as Juhayna and others, also found at the farm milk separators to produce high-quality butter and cream
